Hardtimes bluegrass festival

We are so tickled to have this professional band from Nashville Tennessee. These seasoned veterans show us how to play traditional bluegrass music.

This family is playing great old time Bluegrass the old time way. They are awesome and we love em!

New this year, Mark Vosburgh and Ron Snyder, from Missoula, Montana will be performing in the old brother duet style.  It will be a special treat to hear their high lonesome sound.

Up & coming band from Salmon, Idaho. Long time friends and music with lots of character. You'll enjoy their picking and singing.

This band from Oregon is something completely different. They are a group of old timers and feature their layed-back style that the crowd just loves to hear. 

New this year!  This newly formed band of top notch musicians will be showing us their new band sound with great pickin' and fine harmony singing.  We can't wait

This great band plays powerful traditional bluegrass music with great picking and singing. They play bluegrass like they mean it, making for a "howling" good time.

Kentucky Sky from the Idaho Falls area, are a professional sounding group that is going places in the bluegrass world. Proud to have them! They feature many original songs and bluegrass standards played the right way. 

This group of highly regarded Montana bluegrass pioneers present a great powerful traditional sound. Enjoy.

New this year, this long-time band of bluegrass veterans from Spokane will be on our stage for the very first time.  We are so tickled to have them.

The Darby Sireens was formed after watching the "Oh Brother Where Art Thou" movie years ago. These gals play the old-time music the old -time way, and have fun doing it. 

This long time Missoula bluegrass band has been playing bluegrass music for 30 years. They will be joined by returning member Rick Ryan on bass. Enjoy their pickin' and singin'.

New this year, A Well Beaten Path (what a cool name!) is another newly formed band of Montana musicians.  They hae that feel and respect for the traditional music that Hardtimes is all about.

 Last but not least, are the festival hosts Mike & Tari Conroy with bass player Tim Ezzell. They feature old-time bluegrass duet style music played with three chords.
